About Us
The Senior Volunteer Connection of South Central Georgia is a non-profit organization working with the South Georgia Partnership to End Homelessness. We currently administer the Foster Grandparent and Retired and Senior Volunteer Programs in Ben Hill, Berrien, Brooks, Cook, Echols, Irwin, Lanier, Lowndes, Tift, & Turner counties.Our office is located in Valdosta, Georgia to assist any senior who would like information on volunteer opportunities available in the ten counties we serve.

The Foster Grandparent Program and The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program are apart of Senior Corps. Senior Corps is admistered by the Corporation for National and Community Service, the federal agency that improves lives, strengthens communities, and fosters civic engagment through service and volunteering.
